Coronavirus - Information for our Customers


This is not an easy time for anyone, and as the situation continues to evolve, we want you to know that we are constantly monitoring the guidelines provided by the UK Government and Public Health England, and putting in place measures to ensure we continue to act with thoughtfulness and with the welfare of our teams and customers as a priority.



Currently our warehouse is working on a reduced capacity to ensure we comply with the required social distancing rules and we can maintain the safety of the staff. As a result, estimated delivery times for some items may be longer than usual at the moment. We will ship orders placed on our web shop as soon as possible, but please be aware it may take up to 7 days to arrive at your home, and there may be some instances of late order arrivals due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you would like to return an order placed through our UK web shop, we are extending our standard policy from 30 days to 45 days. Our returns policy can be found here. If you are unable to return an order due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
